the hotel location was amazing, only ten mins from the beach. i found pubs and restaurants just a few minutes walk away, great. the hosts karl and his dad, nothing was too much trouble for them. the breakfast set me up for the day, really lvly.
i thought the room could use a bit more cleaning, it need it.

carl greeted me warmly and helped me with my luggage. he gave me the wifi password and assured me i could come and go freely. the breakfast included a hot full english, juice, cereal, toast, jam, tea and coffee (the tea was a really nice blend).
the sink needed a quick wipe.

Carl was waiting outside for our arrival. He helped with our luggage to our room. Both him and his father were very helpful and friendly. A lovely breakfast set me up for the day.
The room could have been cleaner. I had to clean our sink and toilet before use.
